There is still no deal between Poland and Russia in gas supplies to Poland. Reason? Russian Gazprom owes Poland 80 million dollars for transit fees which it doesn't want to pay. Poland tries to delay Europe's CO2 reduction target
It didn't take long the stronger EU members to show how they view future EU. They think they can dictate smaller states any of their "bright" ideas, including CO2 reduction which may cripple economies of smaller and weaker states.
